Can you hold a place before I apply?
Properties listed with Giuliani Property Management are handled as a first-come, first-served basis with a completed application and all required fees. We recommend submitting your application as early as possible to secure your desired rental. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
No, move-in funds include the first month’s rent and a security deposit. Please note, the security deposit is not applied towards last month’s rent. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
Applicants must be at least 18 years old. -
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, security deposits are refundable. -
Who needs a cosigner?
Acceptance of a cosigner is at the discretion of the individual property owner. -
How do I apply for a property I’m interested in?
Applications can be submitted online. -
How do I pay rent?
You can pay rent online through the tenant portal, drop it off at our office, or mail it in. -
Can I have a pet in my rental?
Pets require prior approval and may require an increased security deposit before being allowed on a property. -
What should I do if my lease is ending and I want to move out?
Please provide your 30 Day Notice in writing to Giuliani Property Management to terminate your lease agreement. -
Who handles repairs and maintenance?
The property management team handles all standard maintenance and repairs. Tenants may be responsible for issues caused by negligence or misuse. All requests should be submitted through the designated maintenance portal or system.
