Properties listed with Giuliani Property Management are handled as a first-come, first-served basis with a completed application and all required fees. We recommend submitting your application as early as possible to secure your desired rental.

No, move-in funds include the first month’s rent and a security deposit. Please note, the security deposit is not applied towards last month’s rent.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Yes, security deposits are refundable.

Acceptance of a cosigner is at the discretion of the individual property owner.

Applications can be submitted online.

You can pay rent online through the tenant portal, drop it off at our office, or mail it in.

Pets require prior approval and may require an increased security deposit before being allowed on a property.

Please provide your 30 Day Notice in writing to Giuliani Property Management to terminate your lease agreement.

The property management team handles all standard maintenance and repairs. Tenants may be responsible for issues caused by negligence or misuse. All requests should be submitted through the designated maintenance portal or system.
